Mo Hoosen (Owner/Editor-in-Chief)
I started Streamr as an evolution of The Streaming Buffer. The same site, focused on delivering news and reviews for all your favourite streaming services, except this time it’s a lot more consolidated and will always publish something new every single day.
Whilst we do post some more mainstream news, our focus primarily is on analytical content. I’ve studied for 5 years to be a lawyer and my aim is to one day work in-house at a technology or entertainment company, fusing my love of media with my passion for law.
I cover mainly series, but Josh and myself always do our flagship reviews together.
You can find me on Twitter (@StreamrMo) where I’ll be posting bad takes every day of the week.
Josh Martin-Jones (Lead Writer/Graphics)
I’m currently studying a BA (Hons) Digital Media and decided to begin writing for the site to find myself a new hobby by doing something I love: talking all about films and the monopoly that is The Walt Disney Company. On top of developing my writing skills, my degree means I have a strong interest in producing all sorts of digital art. Whether it is video or photo editing, it is something I’ve been passionate about for many years now.
I’ve had a strong interest in films for a long time, even going as far as to getting myself a job at a local cinema whilst I study at university.
You can find me on Twitter (@JoshM_Jones).

Want to contribute?
We are always looking for contributors to join our site to write about things that they find interesting. You don’t need any experience, just passion and drive about a topic you feel strongly towards! Due to our site’s age and size, we can’t offer payment right now but you will have full promotion of your articles on all of our social media channels, a combined following of over 1,500 people! We will also do all proofreading, imaging and scheduling for your article and provide you with periodical analytics.
